I'm sure you can produce the same look with an eyeliner pen and some wet eyeshadows. I think they're a watercolor pallet from Ben Nye that has bright tones that might produce the same effect :3

those teeny recreations looked so simple to do. but recreating images it what I do. =]
I would love for someone to paint teeny pictures all over my face. I remember getting my face painted at festivals and it was oh-so calming. Its like a foot rub or something. But youre getting pretty while its happening.
