I like Il Divo, but I feel that Teatro has a greater range than Il Divo, and much smoother voices. They are all good in their own right, and both groups appeal to both similar audiences, and widely different ones. I fell in love with my man to their music, so I'm biased. But they are awesome! And better looking than Il Divo in my opinion ;)

I'm sorry people...but let's face it, if Il Divo would never existed, I doubt this guys would formed a group like this, it is obvious they are trying to do what Il Divo does....even the looks..they may sing fine, that's ok, but there's lots of people with nice voices and that doesn't mean they hav e to copy someone's work...if they were a little bit original that would be fine for me..but this??? uh uh...no no.

I'm not a hater and I don't mean to drag anyone down, but it's painfully apparent that Teatro is a 2 cent version of Il Divo...in the music video "voice of the night" the end where everyone is clapping is RIGHT from Regresa mi...the suits...the stance...the dramatic lights...even the album cover! I'm just suprised that they don't have enough respect for their talent to do something original. Il Divo is comprised of mature, classy men with phenomenal operatic voices, and you just can't top that.

LOL You are soooooo funny. I would say you are right there are many similarities between the two. But to say a 2 cent version of Il divo thats just rude and silly. They are nothing alike vocally. ID do opera and these do musicals. Two different types of music.Not to mention all of these guys have had long careers before they started Teatro.....Acting singing and dancing.... I love ID but why cant there be more than one kind of group like this???

It's like Il Divo, the first guy who sings is like Sebastien, the second one has the hair and kind of the voice tone of Urs. Then the third guy... mmm... bad copy of David Miller And then the last guy, the short one, has the pitch and the skin of Carlos... don't say they are doing different stuff... if they had done the same, probably the critics would have ended with their carreers.. they are a copy but are trying not to make it obvious... :S

I agree; It looks like these guys are trying to make pop out of opera/musicale tracks. On the other hand, Il Divo is trying to turn pop music into opera sounds ... just based on the few songs I've heard from both groups.
