Easily one of my favorite songs. Nick's is dreadfully short so I sang the verse twice, in two different octaves and added some of my own improvisation to the guitar part. Oh, I got a bit carried away with the effects. Enjoy.

The only criticism I have of your covers is that you manipulate your voice to sound like the singer of the original song. Nick Drake had a very distinctive voice, maybe even moreso than his guitar style, and it sounds strange when you try to emulate it.

Nice guitar and voice. This is a pleasant version that shows you admire him. I'd say, keep it up, listen to any constructive criticism, and forgot those who hatemonger like the idiot "dawsonjoshua".

A good version - this is from last year - how about posting a new version? Something I think about Drake is that his music sounds slow, because he often sings behind the beat, but actually the tempo sounds better a little quicker.

Excellent guitar playing, but I think you should mature a little more in order to sing like Nick. Just a personal oppinion. You need work on the lower tonality when you sing and you need more voice control when you sing high... Overall, there's room for improvement in your singing and its synchronization with your guitar skills, but your playing is excellent. If I were able to play like that I'd do Nick Drake as well. :)

not very good. instead of putting "Nick Drake- Harvest Breed" as the heading of the movie, it should be "Your Name- Nick Drake Cover" so that people who are looking for Nick Drake material don't stumble on your dumb covers.

great fingerstyle in DADF#AD if my ears are working right and good tone. Nick wrote amazing songs with those thick alternate tunings. I picked up on him way back in the 70's!!!!!!!!Ops
