well ur right.. but thats only because ibanez sacrafice tone for playability, they make neck and bodies much thinner just so u can shred along.. which kills the tone.
now look at Gibsons.. damn i know theyre frickin hard to play on.. but its worth the difference in tone and feel that ud get :)
even washburns got a better general tone then ibanez's .. ibanez guitars just got a flat tone knows as "the usualy ibanez tone"

dude it doesnt really matter my friend has the washburn X40Pro and hes only had it for less than a year and the trem is broken his pick-ups were wired completely wrong the only thing that i like about it is the neck because its not really like a ibanez neck its more rounded and just slightly thinker but thats about it really...
