Ultimately the right decision was made.
1. Baldwin was "cute" but there is something untrustowrthy about him. The way he almost embraced Piers humor while actually taking his coments to heart highlight the personality trait that fails him in business.
2. Trace is good but not great. Made a few errors and perhaps not cut throat enough.
3. Lennox is fine but if he had not been heavy champ of the world, how would he add to your business?
