Pino is an outstanding Necro, keeps distance, flurries, and whips out supers well. The corner-fuck at 5:02 was superb. But against a Hayao Hugo, he just doesn't have the power per attack. Also, he does alot of unnecessary moves (to poke, I know) which against Hugo is not wise since he eats them up and grabs you dealing a devastating amount of damage. That Gigas.....it's a killer.

No such thing as "unnecessary moves" for Necro. His defense is so weak that if he isn't attacking, he's eating attacks. His recovery is fast enough and his attack forms varied enough that he should be poking all the time; both Sugiyama and PinoAB7 use these techniques to great effect. Hayao is just too good at adapting and defending that he negated or countered a lot of PinoAB7's pokes. Most Hugo players can't do it that well.

I reckon this confirms what i saw the the Hayao v BillyKane vid. Hayao took it easy on BillyKane, he's playing completely differently against Pino.
