Numerous types of music use more than 1 time signature in a single song..and what Vadrum did there fit perfectly :)

you guys are stupid starting at :41 he starts playing a triplet beat counted one -trip- let -two -trip -let and at :45 he starts accenting one let and trip so its easy to throw someone off. aka its counted ONE -trip -LET -two -TRiP -let and so on. cock suckers
