I know its annoying seing the same jokes over and over, because its like I already saw that. You guys would likely appreciate Vos a lot more if you had seen that season. Notice Jay Mohr kissing his ring at the end? Vos chose to racketeer the votes to try and push through his own winner, rather than playing the game against more formulaic (and sadly more popular) comics like Dat Phan, who ultimately won when Vos's second, Dave Mordal, was voted out. He's a really funny guy in person and toned down his comedy quite a bit in order to appeal to the crowd, which wasn't his.
