A Sri Yantra is the sound vibration of the cosmic om seen as a visual diagram. It is said that when monks have chanted aum (or om) this pattern manifests, astrally and on the physical plane. Sri Yantras are made of 9 interlacing triangles - 4 upward representing the male principle and 5 downward representing the female principle. Together, they represent the non-static, vibrating, creative force of the universe. The point in the center or Bindu, represents the point of creative manifestation - the seed core behind time and space, Shiva and Shakti ( male and female energies) united in bliss. your videos rock dude, they bear viewing over and over again, and they still fire up new ideas and associations every time :) question: how exactly do you go about making them, what's your workflow? record first and add video later, or video first and then add audio? I'm just starting with youtube, so since I like how your movies turn out, I figured I'd ask you Also, good luck with the 2012 documentary, very interested in that as well :D

As I watch these vids, I make these connections through a mathematical/numerological lens.
Nine is 3^2 and Eight is 2^3, and this connects to 23 and 2+3. The pentagon is five-sided and has the golden mean etched within in it. The golden mean is [1 + sqrt(5)]/2. The pentagon is a symbol used by Discordians and one of their main tenets is the Law of Fives, which cannot be disproven and ev

Despite my crude assertion, synchromysticism is really the study of interconnectedness. It is a deep, thorough, disciplined study of how symbolic interconnectedness affects us mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It doesn't stop with symbols and motion pictures, it goes deeper. I've always had this feeling that a mathematical consciousness underlies the universe and synchromysticism is simply another lens in which to look through to find it.
That is why I went off on that line of thought.

i agree with studying the "interconnectedness of all things" but please call it something besides "synchromysticism". mysticism connotes a scientific ignorance and discards the mundane realities that are essential to individual and collective consciousness.

homage yes yr right but this reviewer is a lot freer in his analyses and able to make connections that suggest a providence of sorts..in other words, whatever the motivations of a director and his team or the reasons for casting a particular actor (maybe 1st 2nd 3rd choice declined or were ill or pre-booked) these human decisions on our plane of awareness, consciously formed, are part of an infinitely bigger 'picture' and having intimations of this he's imparting it to us quite brilliantly

i won't argue with the quality of the videos. they are very well envisioned and executed. however, i would argue that the similarities and "interconnectedness" are more often a result of less mystical circumstances. for example, most of us think the same way because the human mind is formed, maintained and operates in a generally consistent manner from person to person. my other comment(deleted) was that film makers actively TRY to reference other films and use familiar symbolism.

i cover yr point for i say regardless of human motives, INCLUDING deliberate referencing/industry 'in-jokes' etc..and i'd go further than you and acknowledge that hollywood was given its agenda back in the day! the holly tree is used to make the magicians wand-these magicians seek to shape the mass unconscious mind..so by CONSCIOUSLY identifying and examining the symbolism in a wider and well-informed context we are more privy to the gestalt of which they themselves are only players like us

Since watching these videos I see more geometry rather than plain objects. For example My Daughter had toys scattered throughout the living room. 3 balls matched Orion's constellation. Now I see this everywhere. It doesn't stop there like with some people. Many other shapes are starting to pop out as it were. I also have a theory on the hexagon on mars inspired by these videos. This is leading to something fast!

well...I coulda been watching fox news...ha- I guess it wasn't a total waste. Regardless of conspiratorial elements- which are probabl possible- this just show that as humans we are linked in our archetypal reality...I wonder what Jung would say?...however these are barely intentional synchronicities - it is a matter of our interactive psychic awareness, I can't believe how fast it is happening and accelerating
