Interesting how the guy they confront at 0:54 goes on a rant with the same tone of voice and cadance, and even goes off on inane tangents just like the George Steinbrenner character on the Seinfeld show. Not too surprising, since Seinfeld has admitted that the type of humor on his show was heavily influenced by the Abbott and Costello show.

pancho421: You are right. This was originally from the movie, "HIGH SOCIETY." I own a copy. It was also incorporated into their classic Abbott & Costello TV Show. There, the street was called 222 Flugal Street. It's here on You Tube. I loved the TV show SO much, even though I saw it in reruns. In particular, I loved anything with Sydney Fields Employment Agency, or as the Landlord, etc.."Time of Their Lives" was considered best movie. Abbott & woman in purgatory trying to get to heaven. This isn't from their TV show even though they did the sketch on it and changed Bagel St. to Flugel St. This is from one of their movies and yes, "Seinfeld" is admittedly derivative of the Abbott & Costello TV show. Great stuff by the best comedy team ever!!!
