yeah she sound good.but i once heard someone say.if your not gonna do the song better than the person who first song it.then you souldn't sing it.and cece winans was the first person to do this song.and no one can touch her.cece sings with passion and i felt it.i didn't feel anything here.

God is the one who wrote this song and it is not for cece or cindy...it is for anyone who wants to whorship him..and the thing''your not gonna do the song better than the person who first song it''its an american idol thing its not a CHRISTIAN'S THING.

Thanks for posting this. I love both versions of this song -- Cece's and Cindy's. I heard Cindy sing this at a Lakewood Women's gathering. She said that this song is much like her personal testimony. Both were pretty powerful.

Um your right it's not a Chistian thing...it's a God thing! so before coming down on anyone for singing a certain way just remeber they are singing it with feeling, not because they are trying to belt out the song but because they are worshiping the Lord.

exactly. Its not about singing it competitively as the 'world' sees it. Worship is between you and God, the person singing and God, thats it. It's about giving God Praise and Worship.

I've listened to this song a hundred times as I learn it to sing in church, and I only now realized how powerful it is that she changed the words from "some spoke in anger" to "saw unspoken anger". How many times to we or our fellow Christians refrain from criticizing, yet our attitudes show our disdain or disapproval? Wow. I'm going to use those words.
