Are we followers of Buddha or Dalai Lama followers? Buddha said that we should check wether what he said was correct or not. Why we don't apply Buddha's teachings with the present Dalai? Do we think may be that he is superior to the actual Buddha? If we check what Dalai says we will find he is not following his own Spiritual Guide, nor Buddha himself. He is giving such a bad example right now...

At least in CCP ruled Tibet, Dojre Shugden believers can practice their religion freely.
In 2007, several pro-Dalai monks tried to destory a famous Dojre Shungden potrait in Lhasa. It almost caused a serious religion conflict between Dojre Shugden believers and non-believers in Tibet, and luckily local Tibetan CCP government interrupted quickly. Today's CCP do not ban religion, but
they do ban the mixture of politics and religion.
