This ad was made by my friends and me for an English project. It was intended to be a spoof of 1920s silent films and had to be an ad for a product of the time. We chose Coca-Cola and this was the result. Enjoy!
P.S. I know the bad guy's a girl. The other guy in our group was videotaping with his recorder. He enjoys recording better than acting. And he did a great job so we ain't complaining. Savy? The music used in this film were from various silent films such as (in order): *Our Dancing Daughters (192
8) *The Battleship Potemkin (1927) *The Kid (1921) *Ella Cinders (1928) *The Battleship Potmekin (1927) (another portion of music) *It (1927) Disclaimer: I do not own any of the aforementioned films in anyway and am in no part associated with Coca-Cola or any soft drink company whatsoever. Thank yo
u.

Its obvious that it is fake. Coke wasn't called "Coke Classic" until recently. During the 20s it was just known as Coke. "Coke Classic" was released after Coke put out a new type of Coke that people didn't care much for. The bottle says Coke Classic. So there you have it.

As well as the Ottawa Senators sign in the background. I realised it was there when we were making it, but we decided to leave it there anyways to support our team. As is the information, this ad IS a fake, and we made it for our Grade 11 english project on The Great Gatsby, which was set in the 1920s.

Great "silent" movie, folks! The chicks in the flick should have been barefooted, which would have made it more enjoyable. The heroine in the flick has some nice looking tootsies, I must say.
