satch is certainly not the fastest guitarist out there, but who gives a shit when you play beautiful soulful music like this. anyway he's plenty fast enough when it comes to it and anyone can learn to "shred" arpeggios or scales up and down the fret board- does that make them a real muscian -hell no.just look at jimi,buddy guy,chuck berry,muddy waters even BB. keep on grooving joe!

Lol the only reason why you'd hate him is because you'll never get as good as him. One word that describes that: Jealousy. Joe, as far as I know, is the best guitarist in the world. So yeah... don't say you hate someone because you'll never get as good as him please... kinda childish IMO.

I've met him...he is a really gentle and shy man...he is truly humble about his talent and lots of people out in the world are psychologically fucked up and they have really negative energy...they are egotistical,jealous,needy,co-dependent and they seek to validate their pathetic lives by burrowing themselves into Artists like a tick. I understand totally why he hides from the CROWDS ~from what I know of him, he should hide his love away -I'd hate for his ego to turn him into a Ted Nugent...
