I wouldnt mess with the steiners. I have heard stories from my wrestling trainer how his partiner got streached from them. They hit the steiner line on his partiner and nearly broke his neck. The reason was because if your new you keep your mouth shut if you dont that is a big f-u to the experenced wrestlers.
