If it were a fundraiser she didn't know about, then it wouldn't be illegal--however, she knew about this fundraiser and since it raised more than the limit of 25,000$, it is illegal. The other stuff that's tacked on is stuff that might not necessarily be shown in the video, rather, be evidence by witness or on paper.

I may be wrong but I am pretty sure that candidates, and/or their advisers, are usually the ones that are breaking the law by accepting the money, not the contributors that are trying to give the money to them. You see it's the candidates responsibility to insure their money is legitimate, not a citizen that can be ignorant of the law, and wouldn't be breaking the law if the candidate didn't accept the money.
