I don't live in Germany, I've just been there quite a few times. Though I wish I came with a better knowledge of the most quality PC stores in Germany so I could buy upgrades for my pc, eh its what I do in every country, you always find something unique and cool.
I don't mean all Germans are serious people that only seems that way about older Germans, the younger Germans in there early 20's seem to have a cool lay back attitude about life.

you know ... i'm a german weed smoker ;) there are bars where you can smoke whatever you want... you just need to know where they are :) otherwise hang out in a park with some friends when the weather is nice, the police doesn't care most time... there are officers who take your weed but a lot of them don't care!
but germany is a cool country... with a lot of problems... the people are still very easy to influence... and they are lazy, they don't know that they can move something together...
