You see, the testosterone level in the human male goes down considerably after ejaculation, and this explains the loss of stamina + strength (unfortunately not much research has been done on this). Yeah, i know the feeling, but i wanted to gain weight/muscle mass (reach at least 150lb before i start next semester in college, which is September)and i did. In the past six months i've put on 20lbs, went from 127 to 147, and now i'm in the process of burning all the excess fat while still maintaining my weight.
This kind of gains have only been possible because of all the strength/power lifting, and so i have had to restrict any kind of sexual activity to a minimum.
