I remember a friend who knew she was underweight, but still wanted to loose weight. I think she needs to see this video, it's too true. I'm only thirteen and once while I was flipping through pages in a magazine, I saw a weight loss ad, and my exact weight was the "before". That's just cruel, especially since it was the third time it happened to me. I hope that this video gets as many views as possible, it's absolutely brilliant, and more people need to realize this.
