c, i love the movie, and this song...truley, i think they did a REALLY good job at remaking the beatles songs in Across the Universe...they kept the songs' integrity and meanings without screwing them up with filthy little pop voices like in the Target commercials....
though the beatles versions will always be better, i think they did the beatles justice 2 an extent, and i was disappointed like i thought i would be.

They are starting to "pollute"-as you say- becuase of globalization and other countries are outsourcing jobs to india- that don't do the best in recycling & providing clean & alternative energy. Also, India held on to her culture very well while they were under British colonialism, I doubt they will lose their culture now..
