This is sung live. There are some playback parts when he has to sing on them but this is pretty live. Notice 03:02 when he starts snapping his fingers you can hear it from the mics. Not that you would need that to understand it's live, but for those of you who aren't very good at hearing vocals and distinguishing between them. They're not exactly same as the album ones.
