I'd like to see the actual wording of the report.Yes, the Savak was brutal but it's not even comparable with the Soviet Union or China or North Korea, for example.Those were near totalitarian regimes that had labor camps, brainwashed their people and executed people by the hundreds every year.You can't even compare Iran with that;let's put things in proportion.

Azeri are not turks. they are iranian and if they speak turkish because of ottomans occupation of azerbaijan for more than 5oo years ago and stay there for more than 200 years and they with force change yours language. this is better you and other azeri back to roots and speak farsi and not a occupied language. Arabs would change our language to arabic but they could'nt (they did it with egypt and irak), but they could not with oss because our culture was so strong. Take info. in google
