Yeah, probably bc they've run out of ideas and are trying their best at recycling past scenarios that worked once in older films, but it doesn't really work in the end as well as it did in the originals. Sometimes, I do find that there are some cheesy horror films today that are somewhat entertaining. Good for a laugh, that's for sure. ;-)

Absolutely brilliant song this. I just posted up a remix I did of this track using some of the original vocal\guitar cuts and the opening chord sequence from the MSTRKRFT mix.
