This clip shows a man who attaches engines to his legs and then jumps out of a hot air balloon wearing a wingsuit. He manages to achieve 30 seconds of horizontal flight without loosing any altitude (allegedly)

Too bad wingsuits aren't as aerodynamically endowed as airplanes, or he'd fly much higher that 6,000'. Like to see what jets would do 4a tracking skydiver, going at speeds more worthy of jets.
