The Song is called "You're Too Much [or Unkind]" Apparently the drummer is Kwon Soongeun who used to play for the band Add 4 in the 1960s This particular clip is from the outtakes from recordings made for a Korean-themed program shown by a Toronto TV station in 1990. Kwon said in an interview that as there was no bass, the song sounded weak and boring, so he decided to spice it up.
