f the Bush administration on and up to 9/11, who stated a year prior, that the US would need there to be "a catastrophic and catalysing event, like a new Pearl Harbor" to occur prior to the Oct 2001 Quadrennial Defense Review, in order to catalyse a global war for hegemony. Investigate 9/11, stop t
