Of course you can expand the Earth without increasing it's mass. It's called taking order and putting it into chaos. Example: You buy a product that comes very neatly packaged in a box. You then try to put that product back in the box but the parts are so disorganized they cant fit back in.
Atoms are going from simple to complex molecules. As they cool, the molecules are frozen into these new complex shapes that have spaces in between. Thus expansion.

If its 2 lbs of meat inside an air tight package, its still 2 lbs of meat outside the package as well, yes. You're just adding room for air however. This can in no way be applied to the Earth (which would be INSIDE the package).
You in no way account for the addition of mass or matter into this equation with your example. And what about the laws of gravity?

What if the earth absorbed materia earlier at some point and the earth is no longer growing. So... if the surface is continuously stretching and there is proven fact for the corrosion of the mountains then how do you explain all the rising mountains at the meeting of the fault lines like the Hymalayan Mountains, that are said to be due to the rising earth's crust over the tectonic plates pushing against each other?
