In my first attempt to do a video collage of Guiding Light in 2000, I used whatever footage I had available to me, hence the showcasing of some unpopular couples like Ben & Blake and Bill & Pilar. This was my first editing attempt using unsophisticated editing software, hence the simple audio/video cuts.

Well done! Thanks for sharing. I have been watching Gl ever since I was about 10 when my mom watched it. I watched it on and off through HS and college and now DRV it..... just can't stay away! Can't do without my GL! It was great to see some of the old characters! Great job!

Thank you so very much for this video.I have watched GUIDING LIGHT since 1981 and it has seen me through 39 neurosurgeries, 4 orthopedic surgeries and 4 eye surgeries.I have had the honor to meet many of GL's actors [Vincent Irizarry has called me in the ICU] and I love GL and its actors very much. I loved Richard & Cassie as well; their love story is right up there with my beloved Lujack and Beth, IMO. Thank you for this!
