From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Jim Kirchherr takes a special tour of the city hall in University City which houses a unique search light. Erected in 1904 by the founder of University City, this light was made to attract people to U-City. Today, a volunteer operates the light on occassion throughout the year.
