this build is very common now. 4 hatch before lair, actually SeN, the zvp monster does 5 hatch before lair, hydren den, speed upgrade for both lings AND hydras before lair. his lair goes up at around 7:20. very very late. its just that savior still does 3 hatch faster tech that people think 4 hatch before lair is uncommon.
