Well, yes. It's been abandonned by science, given you can still note similar physical characteristics however grouping people into races is illogical and doesn't hold up.

wat up mean by doesn't hold up? Race is like Variety. like there r so many variety of Dogs. some still living in the wild(wolves). some dog variety can run faster than others etc etc. like human varieties: west Africans are good at sprinting, east africans are good at marathons. Evolution+ migration pattern in different environemt selected diffrent abilities, diffrent color etc.

Very intresting video, but not all races came from Africa and we are not all related to the San people. The Out of Africa hypothesis is only a theory and never will be proven.

Anyone who is putting down this theory is racist. This is the best explanation science has to offer of our roots; this was studied for years. Those of you who just watched this five minute video an heard we all have negroe ancestors, never even hearing of this theory, and just let your concrete heads decline it are bigots, that is all I have to say. Well, Out of Africa is a theory, but at this time its the best theory, acctually a very plausible theory considering the archaeological and biological evidence, and therefore its at least a good platfrom to work out of. But you blatantly claim that the "races" dont come from Africa, but you dont elaborate, so please enlighten me. What is your theory?

I see it and have always thought race along those lines, same as you. You made a comment using dogs as an example & it's true, amazing someone sees it and gets it too. Mizunage asked if the concept of race is racist...and yeah it is! when you look at the "True Africa" & not what the news reports, when you see those ppl of different parts/regions of Africa all of their sterotyping on how blacks are to look is lost! all to feel better i guess about themselves. As animals are of 1 race,so are we :)

Although Out Of Africa is the current best theory, and i for one support it, I still think we should be careful calling all people who disagree with "Out Of Africa" racist. Thats a pretty bad thing to do and takes away the focus in a pretty interesting debate.
