best thing about the PS1 when it first came out was it came out with Wipeout and that made the PS1 the most awesome videogame machine on the planet, EVER. The first games that were released with the PS1 were so incredibly good, it's like a dream come true. and I'm not exaggerating one bit! within the first 2 months, all the games were hits. it was a good time in videogame history!
