Those people confuse criticism of Islamic extremism with criticism of Islam or Muslim culture. If you look at the comments that they're referring to, you can confirm for yourself that I did not once disrespect Muslim people or Islam.
As per your "facts", there are many possible reasons for that which have nothing to do with Islam: poverty, alienation, social conditions in the ghetto, drugs, gangs, have all been related to crime. You're assuming that Islam is the cause but have no proof of that.

I just explained to you that the fact that crimes are higher among certain groups doesn't mean that it is due to their race or culture because there are many other variables involved. I don't see anything wrong with immigrants identifying primarily with their country of origin. If you migrated to England, would you stop being American? Would you not want your kids (born in England) to identify as Americans? And if you moved to Saudi Arabia and you were, for example, Christian, wouldn't you identify with Christianity and want your kids to identify with Christian Wstern values rather than Muslim Saudi values?

No, I don't consider that race is a factor in crime, but cultural is. The Afro-Carribean that land in Europe are usually the poor ones that seek jobs, but because they do not assimilate and depend on Europe welfare system, they never can truly embrace British culture and remain with the poor minority mentality. The European and American welfare systems are partly to blame for this, you ought look up how African-Americans ended up disenfrachised in Chicago.

I have no problem minorities identifying with their original culture as well, but all immigrants need to assimilate to a certain degree (learn the language, mannerism, obey laws, values, etc.) so as to become part of the society at large instead of remaining a minority. I still retain my own religious, ethnic, and linguistic values from native country, but I eventually assimilated.

The beauty of of Western values is religous tolerance, something Muslim countries do not possess. I agree with that to some extent. You do have to obey the laws and try to connect with others in society. But you can't change dramatically your values overnight and you don't have to as long as you obey the laws. Would you ask your kids to adopt Muslim values if you lived in a Muslim country? There are limits to that.
Also, it is not exactly easy to assimilate to some Europeans societies. There is discrimination. Assimilation is the result of both the effort of the immigrants and the natives.

Not really. I know for a fact that many Christian foreigners live in the Arab Gulf because they can find high paying jobs there. Reigious tolerance does need improvement in some Muslim countries, but in other countries it's not that bad. There are Christians practicing their religions freely in Syria, Egypt, Lebanon and other countries...in Lebanon alone there are many Christian denominations.

I don't think view people who come from underdeveloped countries as inherintly criminal, I do think that they ought to assimilate or at least learn some of Western culture and bring it back to their homeland. Not everything that is modern comes from Western societies, but much of what was modern medicine, education, gov't, etc. was introduced throughout the world from Europeans.
