try to buil on the Climbs just kick the wall parrallel before you pull your self up. a quik kick-bounce instead of the cat slide and you wont need your abbs as much. and try training with all kinds of shoes so that doesnt affect you. boots help jump height but they gotta be soft or your snap your leg at the ankle

On the rolls, launch yourself forward into the roll, and keep your legs straight until they come off the ground, at which point you tuck them in. Also, this comes easier if you launch yourself forward when you're jumping, rather than jumping downward. It creates larger impact forces.
