Perfect video. Perfect music. I lost my wife two years ago and ran across this song by accident. Groban standing in the empty rooms and the tattered, flashing, 'damaged' video are perfect symbols of the memories you want to hold on to so dearly, but you can't keep them in tact forever as they fade a bit each day. The music, the lyrics, the video are truly symbolic. I have been in that empty room looking out.
