Read the Quran. Read one of the known hadiths (e.g. Muwattas of imam Malik). I tell you,- muslims can be loving, kind people. Of course. But that is in spite of Islam and not because of Islam. ISLAM is NOT a tolerant religion. If it was indeed so truthful, noone would be forced to STAY in that religion. Not able to get of it freely. Female circumcision, marriage with children, sex with female slaves (slavery is not forbidden) etc. Unjust taxes on dhimmis. Wife beating. I could go on and on.
