They haven't announced any release date yet. They aren't releasing it til' its more than done =) Don't believe anyone that sayd when it comes out. Only way to honestly know, is when its posted on starcraft2 . com

Personally for me it's P > Z > T but Terrans really do have some nice looking animation. Nice colors and features, and that kinda bums me a little because they'll be the race that I won't be playing.
