Daniel Levin is one of the bravest living men that I know. As a little kid, a couple kids and I were playing in a pool, when they got the smart idea to dunk me. However, they kept holding me under, with me forcing myself to struggle above the surrafe for a breath. It was scary and I felt that I was drowning. It's torture, and I can't see an arguement that reasonably says waterboarding isn't torture.
