This movie wasn't meant at all to be historically accurate its based off a Graphic Novel, its all dramatised.
Ive also read about Xerxes, and he did do mean things, dont know where you read your history but he was a D BAG.
And Im sure its a beautiful place, but AT THE MOMENT their intolerant of other religions and other peoples, so their being ASSHOLES. Muslim nations are dangerous and crazy, if you think otherwise prove me wrong.
