I think it's pretty obvious that this student either didn't speak english and used an online translator or thought it would be funny to put a paper through a translator a few times... try puutting "Don't panic" into babelfish, translating it into spanish, then french, then whatever the heck else you want, and then back to english. I'd bet there's a way that gets you "don't be panic"

Ha i just tried that... i started with the statement 'I know everything about everyone, and there is nothing you can do about it.' and then went through this order:
1. english-dutch 2. dutch-french 3. french-spanish 4. spanish-french 5. french-greek 6. greek-english and now i've got 'All I know with regard to each one, and I have this has there nothing this I can I make.' Babelfish is SERIOUSLY flawed...
