Pokemon Modifier allows you to get any pokemon.
1. Press L + R.
2. Figure out the number of the pokemon you want and go to to your items pocket.
3. Subtract master balls until you are left with the pokemon number.
4. Go into grass and hold L until the pokemon shows up.
This may take a couple tries to perfect.
