its not surprising u can find all these easter eggs, even if the movie came out years b4 the movie that contained the egg. it takes years to develop these movies, who knows, maybe they've got the next 100 movie ideas planned out already. nothing "surprising" really.

Has it occurred to anyone that maybe Pixar actually made multiple storyborads for those scenes and that maybe they cut that particular version of it out of the final movie?? They go through 1000's and 1000's of storyboarding ideas each film.....its in no way surprising if they cut it out.
