On the snare drum you do what is basically a one-handed drum roll (ie with one hand it is as fast as a drum roll using two hands) by using the edge of the snare to create an axis on your drumstick. Then the drummer bangs up and down very quick using this axis. You can see it donw first at 1:16 - the drummer's left hand on the snare drum at super speed.

The Berzerker doesn't use real drums. They're drums are made on computer like in techno, trance, speedcore, etc. Which is an influence to their music btw. Unless I missed something and they started using a real drummer.
