Aw 1994? He didn't even get to live to hear the discovery of Eris, or Pluto no longer a planet, or rocky planets around a different star, 1 in the habitable zone. Until last year, I had no idea how old those episodes of Cosmos were. I thought they were no more than 5 years old. I saw him on another video and I didn't recognize him because he looked different. Like Clyde Tombaugh, maybe some of Carl's ashes can go in a container in a probe, travel through space and eventually leave the galaxy.
