A 20 year old with a 30 year old is perfectly fine.
A 10 year old with a 20 year old is entirely wrong.
What's the difference? The 10 year old is still growing, young, uneducated, unaware and still learning. The 20 year old is done growing, fully developed, entirely aware of his/her capabilities, awareness to life, reality, experiences and sex even.
Anyone over adult age is fine to be with another over adult age.
