there is no such thing as a muslim country today. Just because the majority of it's citizens are muslims doesnt make it so. Look at Turky it's a secular country. they're all the same, not following the proper islamic laws. If they are, then a raped woman wouldn't be punished as in islam you only get punished if you commit adultery INTENTIONALLY, which means the raper is at fault not the victim.
