What a wonderful vid! I joined a local health spa specifically for it's steam rooom and sauna after hooking up with new doctor... I go 5 days a week. She has me drinking distilled water w/ sea salt mixed in(ratio 1 gallon/1 teaspoon). I'm 47 and can't remember ever feeling as good as I do now... Ultimately I would say SPIRIT is the most important, because really all things come from that plane. I believe that keeping priorities in the right order is very important. Now, all we have to do is figure out what actually is "spirit"? Many people have lost track. So this is our greatest challenge.
