My money on KOS-MOS, she's more well armed with gattling gun, arm sword, arm cannon, missles, speed, power, agillity,ect. and knows how to fight hand-to-hand and Rockman has the arm blaster and power(far as i know). the fight would still be really close though.

in other countries the people who release the products is diffrent from in japan where one company basicly controls all of it.. in places like the u.s you have several diffrent publishers for a product tht in japan is released by one company or joint companies =(
