Yes... there are a homo affective theme here. If it represent a problem to you... close the window. Nude scenes don't mean erotic or porn scenes. This bad association between body and nudism it's a consequence of a protestant ascetic moral (the primitive Christians was baptized naked). Here, the nudism is associated with Yoga. In the Hinduism the 'body concept' it's another one. The last insertion of "Orange Mechanics" it's exactly a joke, because in my point of view, there are much more 'gay relations' there than in 'nude yoga'.
