Crazy looking burnout done with my 1988 Chevy S10 Blazer V6 4.3 liter SUV, the burnout smokes so much that the car disappears from view.
THE STORY BEHIND THIS BURNOUT IS THAT THE BLAZER SAT UNSTARTED FOR 8 MONTHS IN MY BACK YARD AND WAS BEING USED AS A TIE OUT FOR OUR DOGS (YOU CAN SEE THE DOG BED ON THE TOP OF THE CAR) AND WAS STARTED UP TO PROVE THAT IT STILL RAN, THIS VIDEO WAS SHOT JUST MINUTES AFTER IT WAS FIRST STARTED UP AND
TURNED AROUND UP THE END OF THE STREET & THE GUN'S N ROSES WAS FIRED UP IN THE CAR, AND BLAZER WAS READY TO SHOW IT STILL HAD A GREAT BURN OUT LEFT IN ITS TANK AND THATS JUST WHAT IT DID.
The Blazer is like the car from that movie Christine, nothing can stop it from running, the only difference is the Blazer only plays 80's Rock music and has yet to start re-building it's self(one look at it could tell you that) Long Live The Blazer

Not bad,. Does your have a posi? I had an 89 S-10 with the 4.3 bored .40 over RV camshaft and shaved heads. Nasty sucker, it was all torque, too bad it only had an open diff, didn't keep it long enough to put any serious work in it.

The Blazer has always been able to sit for long period's of time and start up, and after a few minutes started it runs as well as it did before . It has not been started since December, but I'm sure it will start when I start it later this month, when I do I'm going to do another burn out maybe till the tire's blow this time

I went to buy mine and I sprayed the corrosion off the battery. After six months it cranked with one turn of the engine. Still runs great, 3 and 1/2 years later. These things have an amazing capability to do that.

W and Z code. Z code was the Throttle Body Injection (the standard one with the air cleaner on top of the engine), W code was a CPI injection (aka Vortec 4300), of course after '94 this is all irrelevant as it completely changed. The one with the airbox and Vortec badging is the W code. It was 195hp at its peak, then went downhill after 94.

i had a 92 S10 Blazer that came with a 4.3 Vortech. Fastest lil V6 in town. it would leave smoke if not more. i blew both rear tires out in around 5mins, filling an intersection and waiting for the light to change. im superised the F/D dident appear LOL Blazers are damn good vehicles

That was awesome. I drive a Blazer that was just sitting in a garage for 10years. When I first got it, it started right up and drove away easily with only a new battery

The Blazer was parked in the back yard for 8 months, and it was parked there for good reason, it leaked GAS! So when I took it out of the back yard after that long, I thought it could and might BLOW UP! so I wore the helmet just in-case its breaks sparked during the burnout and set the Blazer on fire my head wouldn't get blow off in the process.

P.S If anyone does a burnout, do it with the windows closed, cause as you can see in the video I did not, and I can tell you it sucks to be in a SUV filled with burnout smoke!

They just like to climb it, sleep on it, and look over the fence. they never go under the Blazer, plus with the leak it has that tank is dry with in a few days, I have not started it in a year but i think it would run as well as it did when I last started it, but I would have to put on a flame suit like a race car driver, cause after a year of sitting this time it might actually BLOW UP! But that would make for a good youtube video so I should try it!
